What's New?

Create, view, and update Offers and Placements directly within the Invenias Web Application, bringing full lifecycle management of this critical workflow into one modern environment.

Why Does It Matter?

Offers and Placements sit at the highest-stakes point of every search. Previously, consultants had to context-switch to the desktop application at exactly the moment speed matters most. With firms processing hundreds of these transactions daily, closing this gap removes a meaningful barrier to full web adoption and keeps the platform in step with how consultants actually work.

Updated O365 Outlook Add-in to Support One Outlook

What's New?

The first in a series of planned updates to the Office 365 Add-in. This release adds:

• Launch the Invenias Desktop application from One Outlook via the Invenias O365 Add-in.
• Open key list views including People, Companies, Assignments, Programmes, and Quick Search in the desktop application.

From these views, users can:

• Open, create, and delete records and relationships.
• Navigate across the database via list and record links.

Resolved Issues

The following issues have been resolved:

Web

• Resolved an issue causing slow Journal load times and timeouts.
• Resolved an issue in the Client Portal where a maximum of 100 interviews would be displayed for an assignment, regardless of the total number present.
• Resolved an issue in the Client Portal where the Download All button would only download the first file and incorrectly rename it with a .zip extension, resulting in a file that could not be opened.

Desktop

• Resolved an issue where downloading a profile PDF from the web browser tab would fail to trigger the Import/Parse flow due to a change in how recent versions of Microsoft Edge handle PDF files.
• Resolved an issue where sending and saving an email against a person record with an exceptionally large journal history could result in a fatal error.
• Resolved an issue where creating an Interview action with Send Outlook Meeting selected would result in the consultant's email address being missing from the generated Outlook meeting invite attendees field.
• Resolved an issue where the remuneration and package column would appear empty in both a person's Positions view and the Assignment Candidate view, despite remuneration information being present on the record.
• Resolved an issue where filtering journal entries by the From/By or To/With columns would produce an Internal Server Error.
