Share Assignments with Clients in Web
What's New?
Grant clients access to the client portal for an assignment directly from the Invenias Web Application, bringing this workflow to the web for the first time.
-
A new Clients tab on the existing Share Assignment dialog
-
Set up sharing using a pre-defined sharing template
-
Grant or revoke client portal access for each client linked to the assignment
-
New Share Document and Unshare Document actions on the Documents grid of the Person record, to control which documents are visible in a specific assignment's client portal view
Why Does It Matter?
-
Sharing an assignment with a client is a routine part of the search process, but until now it could only be done from the Desktop application
-
Consultants who work primarily in the web had to switch applications for this one step
-
The whole assignment workflow now stays in one place, from setting up sharing through to controlling exactly which candidate documents each client can see
How Do I Enable This?
Client sharing is an optional add-on and may not be included in your current subscription. If you do not already have it, please contact your Invenias account manager for more information.
If it is enabled for your tenant:
-
Open the Share Assignment dialog on an assignment and switch to the new Clients tab
-
Select a pre-defined sharing template
-
Use the client list to grant or revoke portal access for each client linked to the assignment
-
Where a client is not yet an Invenias user, choose which of their email addresses should become their username. Invenias will create the Client user and send the welcome email as part of the save
-
To control document visibility, right-click a document in the Documents grid on the Person record and choose Share Document or Unshare Document for the relevant assignment
Note: Sharing templates are managed in the Desktop application's System Preferences for now.
AI Search on Company Records
What's New?
AI Search is now available on Company records in the Invenias Web Application, joining People and Assignment records.
-
The AI Search pane is expanded by default when you open a Company record
-
Use the AI Search button to collapse it
-
The assistant knows which company you have open, so questions such as "tell me about this company" or "who do we know here" work without restating which record you mean
-
Answers and results behave in the same way as they do on People and Assignment records
Why Does It Matter?
-
Company-focused work is a core part of executive search, whether you are mapping an organisation, researching a client or reviewing who you know there
-
Until now, anyone working from a Company record had to navigate to a different record type to ask a question, losing their context along the way
-
Business development and client research now get the same support as candidate and assignment work
-
The assistant is there consistently across the records you work in
How Do I Enable This?
AI Search is currently in alpha. If you wish to join the programme, please contact your Invenias account manager.
If AI Search is enabled for your tenant:
-
No additional setup is required
-

-
AI Search on Company records is available in the Web Application only
