Troubleshooting Duplicates Created by Resume Power

Check to see if:
-
The Email Address is the same.
-
The account name is the same.
-
The record types are candidate.
-
If all these are the same then follow theses steps:

Navigate to Setup > Custom Settings.

Go to Manage next to Resume Power Settings.
-
Select New or Edit the Organizations Level Value.
-
Change the Max Number Of Parallel fields to 1 or lower than the values set.
