Troubleshooting Duplicates Created by Resume Power

  1. Check to see if:

    • The Email Address is the same.

    • The account name is the same.

    • The record types are candidate.

If all these are the same then follow theses steps:

  1. Navigate to Setup > Custom Settings.

  2. Go to Manage next to Resume Power Settings.

  3. Select New or Edit the Organizations Level Value.

  4. Change the Max Number Of Parallel fields to 1 or lower than the values set.
