Interview Scheduler Overview

Overview

The Interview Scheduler is a meeting scheduling and notification solution native to the Jobscience application. Key features of the tool include the following:

  • Meetings can be scheduled between a candidate and a single interviewer, or with a team of interviewers.

  • Candidate interviewees can be invited to self-schedule or can be assigned to specific interview times or specific interviewers.

  • Candidates and interviewers can be added to the interview schedules on an ongoing basis, as needed.

  • Email notification is sent to both the candidate and to the interviewer when meetings are scheduled, updated, or cancelled.

  • Notifications include .ics calendar files used to update the user's desktop calendar application.

  • Meeting event activity records are created within Salesforce for each interviewer and candidate interviewee.

  • Meeting event records will sync with the Jobscience calendar, along with the user's native calendar application.

    • Google Calendar and Outlook Exchange can sync using appropriate plugins (i.e., Ebsta or Salesforce Outlook 360).
