Missing Participants List

The adverse behavior could include:

  • The Participant List will have no data to display.

  • The 'Availability' page will show as blank.

  • The 'Meetings' page will likely display an error "Error: Something went wrong with obtaining data from the server."

To confirm and correct the root cause, please following the below steps. Some of these steps will need to be completed by a User with System Admin permissions.

  1. Remove the VisualForce Override.

    • Go to Setup > Create > Objects > Meeting Scheduler.

    • Navigate to the Buttons, Links, and Actions section.

    • Click Edit for the View option.

    • Set the Salesforce Classic Override to the Standard page option.

    • Save your changes.

  2. Go to the affected Meeting Block(s) > Meeting Participants Related List.

  3. Locate the Record(s) with a blank User Field.

  4. Edit & Save the Record(s) to populate the User Field or Delete the record.

  5. Return the Visualforce Override.

    • Go to Setup > Create > Objects > Meeting Scheduler.

    • Navigate to the Buttons, Links, and Actions section.

    • Click Edit for the View option.

    • Set the Salesforce Classic Override to the No override (use default) option.

    • Save your changes.

  6. Go to the affected Meeting Block(s) to confirm access is restored.
