"Release Lock" Added for "HR Associate" User Types

What’s New?

The "Release Lock" functionality has been added to General Settings, allowing HR Associates to release the lock when an onboarding status changes to Ready for Review.

Why Does It Matter?

• Improved Onboarding Experience: This enhancement addresses potential delays in completing in-person onboardings by providing functionality to HR Associates that was previously restricted to Admins and HR Managers.

• Smoother Process: Candidates will benefit from a more efficient onboarding experience as HR Associates can now facilitate the release of locks.

• Opt-In Feature: By default, this configuration will be set to OFF, allowing customers to choose to enable this valuable feature as needed.
