What’s new?

Cancellation reasons are now customizable in the Shift Scheduler. Clients can define their own cancellation reasons by adding values in the jobShiftAssignment fieldmap for reasonCancelled. These custom reasons will appear when cancelling a Shift within the scheduler. A Shift Assignment will also be cancelled with this reason if it is associated to the Shift being cancelled.

Why does it matter?

This enhancement empowers clients to communicate the most accurate information for why a shift or shift assignment is cancelled.
