Parsing: Updated error codes for Sovren V10 parsing failures

We’ve updated the Sovren V10 parser to provide more specific error codes that explain why a resume could not be parsed, such as when the text is unreadable or the file format is unsupported.

Why does it matter?

This update provides clients with a meaningful reason for a parsing failure.
