Parsed MSG File Preview Now Displays Correctly

We resolved an issue where the Bullhorn ATS Textkernel parser couldn't convert .msg files to HTML for preview, causing encoding issues. Now, when users open a .msg file, the HTML displays correctly without encoding errors.
