Rest Break Exception Prompt Issue Resolved in Web Time Entry

Web Time Entry employees are now prompted for rest break exceptions only when their current assignment is configured for rest break rules, such as one in California. Previously, the prompt could continue to appear based on a past assignment with rest break rules, even after the employee moved to an assignment that didn't require them.
