BUDe VMS Job Orders Now Close Correctly in the ATS

An issue was resolved for BUDe VMS connections where job orders that were closed in the VMS were not being closed in the ATS, causing them to remain visible as active.

What This Fix Means

VMS Sync now recognizes when a job order has been removed from the VMS's job feed and closes it in the ATS accordingly. A safeguard also prevents job orders from being closed in error if the VMS temporarily returns an unusually short feed. This fix means job order status stays accurate between the VMS and the ATS, reducing manual cleanup and improving confidence in reporting for affected accounts.
