"Submit Another Candidate" Flow Now Populating Correct Candidate

An issue was resolved where the previous candidate's name stayed pre-populated on the submittal form after selecting a new candidate through Submit Another Candidate, which caused users to submit the wrong candidate's name if the pre-populated field went unnoticed.

What This Fix Means

The submittal form now updates to reflect the newly selected candidate as soon as it loads, so the name and related fields always match the candidate actually being submitted. This fix means accurate candidate information reaches the VMS on every submission, reducing the risk of incorrect submittals.
