Highlights

Improved Candidate Handling – The Amplify Screen agent now explicitly acknowledges when candidates ask to restart screening or return to a previous question. It explains that it cannot navigate backward and continues screening from the correct point, improving the candidate experience.
Customizable Cards – AI-powered summaries now appear directly on Candidate, Contact, and Job records without opening Amplify Chat. Cards appear on the Overview, Notes, and Emails tabs and in the Candidate slideout. Users can refresh a card, switch prompts, or continue into Amplify Chat. Admins can set default prompts per card type in Entity Settings.
Enhanced Prompt Studio – Prompts are now built with a cleaner configuration layout, including a new Context field to define tone and perspective, plus Description and Category fields for better organization. When creating a prompt, choose from three starting points: Generate with AI, Create from Existing, or Custom Prompt.
Configure Default Field Selection for Enrich from Notes – Admins can now control which fields are auto-selected by default when Amplify suggests high-confidence record updates, configurable per entity type in Amplify Admin.
Overview Card Filters Removed by Default – The My Open Jobs and Tasks cards on the Amplify Overview tab are no longer filtered by default, giving each user full control over what is displayed.
