Highlights

• Direct Deposit Validation – Onboarding365 now prevents candidates from entering identical values in the Bank Routing Number and Bank Account Number fields. An inline error message prompts correction before the candidate can advance. Applies on both desktop and mobile.

• 2026 Tax Form Updates – Maryland and Massachusetts state tax withholding forms have been updated for the 2026 tax year.
