Resolved Incorrect "Desired Salary" Currency for Monster Job Board

We fixed an issue where the Desired Salary field displayed in British pounds for US-based candidates sourced from the Monster Job Board in the New Candidate List. Now, Desired Salary displays in the correct currency based on the candidate's location.
