CSV Export Now Available for Company V2 Lists

Bullhorn Automation now supports CSV export for Company V2 Lists, giving users a direct way to extract company records from the platform.

What's new?

When the Contacts page is filtered by a Company V2 List, an Export to CSV link appears at the bottom of the page. Clicking it downloads a file called {{Companies.csv}} containing the following key company fields:

• Name

• ATS ID

• Status

• Location

• Website

• Phone

• Date Added

Why does it matter?

Previously, Bullhorn Automation's CSV export was limited to candidate and sales contact data, leaving company records without a direct export path. For staffing firms managing large client portfolios, this made it difficult to share account data with external teams, build reports, or support outreach campaigns without manual data collection. This update closes that gap by giving recruiters and coordinators a consistent, reliable way to extract company data on demand.
