Support for Searching on Candidate File Attachments
What's New?
Bullhorn Automation now syncs candidate file attachment data from your Bullhorn ATS, giving you the ability to build automations and lists that target candidates based on the files attached to their records. You can filter on file properties including file name, file type, date added, and distribution, with conditions available across Candidate, Submission, and Placement automations.
Why does it matter?
Resume and file management is often a blind spot for automation workflows. With this capability, you can identify candidates with outdated or missing resumes and trigger outreach to prompt them to resubmit, maintain internal compliance by targeting records where specific file types are absent, and build more precise talent pools by filtering based on what is actually on file. It closes a gap between what you track in Bullhorn and what you can act on in Automation.
Note
Super Users can enable customers by opening ATS Settings > Additional Sync Settings > Candidate File Attachments > Save
-
This will require manually running a full candidate resync to pull in historical candidate file attachments
Phased rollout coordinated through support because it requires a candidate re-sync
-
Enterprise customers should be strategically enabled
