Company File Attachments Available as List Matching Conditions in Automation

Bullhorn Automation users can now filter and trigger automations based on company file attachment data, using file fields as conditions across all trigger entity types. With CompanyV2FileAttachment sync enabled, file attachment fields, including name, type, date added, and visibility, are available as list matching conditions. This applies across all trigger entity types: Sales Contact, Submission, Placement, Job, Lead, and Company.

Why does it matter?

File attachments on company records often carry meaningful signals: signed agreements, compliance documents, and onboarding materials. Being able to condition automation logic on whether those files exist, what type they are, or when they were added lets teams build more precise workflows around client readiness and document status without manual checking or workarounds.
