An issue was resolved where the GetEmployee SOAP API endpoint returned an error when a candidate's Preferred Language was set to a non-standard culture selection, which caused onboarding flowback from Onboarding 365 to Erecruit to fail.

What's changed?

The GetEmployee SOAP API endpoint now returns results successfully regardless of the candidate's Preferred Language selection. This fix ensures that onboarding flowback between Onboarding 365 and Erecruit is no longer blocked by non-standard language configurations, improving the reliability of downstream integrations that depend on candidate, tax, and direct deposit data.
