The August 2026 (2026.8) release for Bullhorn VMS Sync adds position attachment support for TOM VMS and includes five resolved issues across Pixid, Flexforce, Beeline, BlueSky, and LocumsMart. See the detailed release notes below for the full list of changes.
TOM VMS Now Supports Position Attachments
VMS Sync now retrieves and syncs file attachments from TOM VMS positions, giving recruiters access to supporting files directly within the synced position record.
FixedPixid Positions with Special Characters Now Sync Successfully
Pixid position IDs containing a forward slash no longer cause sync errors. All Pixid positions now sync and deliver to the ATS regardless of special characters.
FixedFlexforce Position Delivery Restored After UI Redesign
A Flexforce UI redesign that broke position delivery for BMO variant credentials has been resolved. Selectors were updated to match the new UI, restoring delivery.
FixedBeeline Submittals No Longer Blocked by Resume Field
The Beeline submittal form’s required resume field is now recognized regardless of label wording, resolving an issue that blocked candidate submissions.
FixedBlueSky Credential Setup Restored
BlueSky VMS credential setup, which was failing and halting position and candidate delivery, has been corrected. Connections are now stable for all BlueSky clients.
FixedLocumsMart Position Delivery Restored
LocumsMart position list and detail requests, which were failing and blocking sync, have been corrected to restore reliable position delivery.
