An issue was resolved where the `%APPOINTMENTDATE%` and `%SUBMISSIONINTERVIEWDATE%` merge tags displayed incorrect dates for certain timezone offsets, which could cause appointment and interview notifications to show a date one day off from the actual scheduled date.

What This Fix Means

The `%APPOINTMENTDATE%` and `%SUBMISSIONINTERVIEWDATE%` merge tags now correctly calculate timezone offsets and display the scheduled date accurately in all timezones. This eliminates any risk of confusion or missed interviews caused by a date discrepancy in automated notifications and email reminders.

Enablement Steps
