PTO Billable Checkbox Changes Audit Trail

The audit trail now captures all changes to the PTO Billable setting, including the before and after values. This gives administrators the visibility needed to investigate billing discrepancies and confidently trace the source of any unexpected PTO charges on invoices. Previously, changes to the Billable checkbox on PTO records were not recorded in the audit trail, making it impossible to determine whether non-billable PTO appearing on invoices was the result of a user change or a system issue.
