Quick Submit Candidate Search Now Supports ATS Record ID Lookup

Recruiters using VMS Sync Submittals for Salesforce can now search for candidates by their ATS record ID, not just by name, from the Quick Submit candidate search field.

What's New?

The candidate search field in the Create VMS Submission modal now accepts an ATS record ID and returns the matching candidate. Search results also display the candidate's name, email, and phone so recruiters can confirm they have the right match before submitting.

Why Does It Matter?

Common names created ambiguity in candidate search, slowing down submissions and increasing the risk of picking the wrong candidate. Searching by ATS record ID gives recruiters a fast, precise way to find the right candidate every time.
