Using SourceBreaker with Xing Talent Manager

Overview

With any search you create in SourceBreaker, you'll be able to use your comprehensive search string within your Xing Talent Manager to ensure you are maximising the relevant candidate pool! This article explains how to use a SourceBreaker search in Xing Talent Manager.

Open your Search in Xing Talent Manager

To open your search into Xing Talent Manager, select Open Search In in the bottom right side of the build page. You'll also find the Open Search In button on the top right side of your candidate results page.

Then select Xing Talent Manager. This will send your SourceBreaker search string across to your Xing database, autopopulate your Job Title, Keywords and Location and return a list of candidates that match your search!

You can then use additional filters, view candidates, and any other functionality within Xing Talent Manager.
