Manage System Settings

The manage system settings component allows the administrator user to change basic settings in non-performance effecting general settings; i.e., search return limits, profit measures and field defaults. Permission for this component is granted via the manage system settings permission under the general administration category; default with general and financial administration security profiles.

If additional settings, e.g., Integrations, FTP, performance affecting options, require updating these options are changed via the System Settings Profile and the AdaptAdmin Group. Access to the system settings profile is granted via Account Management.

  1. Mouse over Administration on the main navigator and then select Administration.

The following types of searches are impacted by this limit: Candidate Search (if a Job Order is associated), Find Matching Candidates (if the Job Order is Active or Partial Filled), Who Worked Here, Auto Search (from Job Order or Placement Center). If the number of returns is greater than the limit entered here, you will be asked to refine your search criteria to return fewer results.
