Activities are how Digital Workers utilize Amplify’s skills (either initiated by individual users or completed autonomously) to handle high-volume, repetitive tasks in recruiting so that human recruiters can focus on relationships and placements.

When Digital Workers use their skills, they consume activities that count toward the DW threshold of 1000 activities per month. The following table outlines the activity counts per skill and the functionality each covers. Please note that common workflows or use cases may use multiple skills:

Screening candidates, including generating screening questions, candidate outreach, conducting virtual screens, and generating a screening report.

Prospect – Company Profile

3 per linked company profile

Once a company is linked to the Amplify database, the customer has access to full company details, open jobs, hiring signals, news, org chart (up to 25 contacts).

Prospect – Contact Details

1 per contact profile with email

Collecting full contact details from external sources, including email addresses.

Additional activity for phone number.

Prospect – Additional Contacts or Companies

1 per additional 25 contact/company names

  • Blocks of 25 additional contact names added to the company profile/org chart

  • When performing a search, 1 activity per 25 search results (contacts, companies, etc.)

Outreach

1 activity per recipient enrolled in a campaign

Launch and manage multi-step communication workflows and campaigns.

Present

2 per document or packet

Create fully branded resumes and cover letters from templates for submission to hiring managers.

Chat (Research)

2 per active user per day

Ability to research questions, take action, and provide insights across their business.

Transcribe

1 per call/meeting

A virtual note taker joins meetings and transcribes the conversation

1 per job matched

Automated matching of candidates most likely to be placed to an open job

Audit

1 per record

Covers placements, candidates, jobs, clients, timesheets, and invoices

Enrich – Advanced

Multi-field updates from notes files,, transcripts, screening reports, or chatbot
