Amplify Impact & Adoption Dashboards
Amplify Impact & Adoption Dashboards are prebuilt dashboards in Bullhorn Analytics that show how your team is using Bullhorn Amplify and what difference it is making. There is one tab for each Amplify skill, plus an Impact tab. Use the tabs to track adoption of each Amplify skill, identify your most active users and your non-adopters, and see how Amplify activity relates to submissions and placements.
These dashboards are only available to Bullhorn Amplify customers.

Shows the combined effect of Amplify on your business. It compares submissions and placements assisted by each Amplify skill with your totals, so you can see how much of your pipeline Amplify is influencing and how that is changing over time. |

Amplify Chat and Amplify Assistant are the conversational AI tools your team uses to ask questions and get help, either from Global Chat or from a Candidate, Company, Contact, Job, Lead, Opportunity, or Placement record. This tab shows how adoption is trending, how regularly users engage, which saved prompts are used, and the submissions and placements that Chat / Assistant assisted. |

Amplify Screen invites candidates to complete AI-led screening and scores their responses. This tab shows how many screens have been invited, started and completed, the scores candidates achieve, and the minutes saved, along with the submissions and placements that Screen assisted. |

Amplify Present generates resumes, cover letters, and other candidate documents from templates either initiated by users within the ATS or using the Generate File Automation step. This tab shows how often Present is used, which templates are used most, how much of Present is automated, and the submissions and placements that Present assisted. |

Amplify Transcribe records and transcribes calls and meetings, then produces notes. This tab shows how many transcriptions your team creates, broken down by note type and recording source, and the submissions and placements that Transcribe assisted. |

Enrich from Notes updates Bullhorn records with information found in notes. This tab shows how many notes are used to enrich records, how many fields are updated, and which fields are updated, along with the submissions and placements that Enrich from Notes assisted. |

Amplify Outreach helps your team create and send campaigns to candidates and contacts. This tab shows the Outreach steps sent, the candidates and contacts enrolled, which campaigns are used most, and the submissions and placements that Outreach assisted. |

Automation Skills are the Amplify skills that run through automation rather than being started by a user: Automation Enrich, Match and Enrich From File. This tab shows how often each skill runs, which Enrich prompts are used most, and the submissions and placements each skill assisted. Because these skills do not run on behalf of an individual user, this tab has no user leaderboards. |
Accessing the Dashboards

Log in to Bullhorn Analytics.

Select the Dashboards module at the top of the screen.

Open in the sidebar to view available dashboards. -
Select Amplify Impact & Adoption Dashboards.

Select the tab you want to view.
How the Tabs Are Laid Out
The tabs for Amplify skills follow a similar layout, so once you are familiar with one tab you can read the others easily:

Deployment: An Impact Comparison Panel comparing activity in the selected timeframe with the previous period, alongside two Leaderboard Panels. Top Users ranks the users with the most activity, and Non-Adopters shows the users with the least. Non-adopters are not necessarily users with no activity.

Impact: A Ratio Panel showing the percentage of your placements that the skill assisted, and an Impact Comparison Panel comparing the submissions and placements it assisted against the previous period.

Feature detail: Panels specific to the skill, such as scoreboards and breakdowns.

Performance Snapshot: A Performance Snapshot Grid summarizing the tab's key metrics by group and user.
Automation Skills has no user leaderboards or Performance Snapshot, because these skills run through automation rather than for an individual user. The Impact tab has its own layout, described in its article.

Customizing the Dashboards
These are prebuilt dashboards. Users on Analytics Starter edition cannot edit them. Users on Analytics Enterprise edition can save their own copy and edit that.
