Data Hub: Reporting in Bullhorn Analytics
Bullhorn Data Hub is a flexible data structure built to help our customers consolidate their staffing and relevant business data from Bullhorn Products, Marketplace Partners, and virtually any external data sources they have into a single location.
The primary purpose of Bullhorn Data Hub is to track metrics and analyse core Bullhorn data alongside other relevant recruitment data points, including automation event data, marketplace partner activity data, and data from external systems. This helps our customers create a full picture of their recruitment activity and highlights how their data contributes to the overall success of the organization.
Once data integrations have been set up, Bullhorn Analytics will automatically receive the data from Bullhorn Data Hub, allowing you to build configurable reports that combines Bullhorn activity data (placements, submissions, candidate activity etc,) with any data flowing through the Data Hub.
If you are connecting external data sources to Bullhorn Data Hub, you can use the Advanced Metric Editing feature to create metrics accessible from OneView, Dashboards, Slice & Dice and more.
It can take up to two hours for new Data Hub entities to appear in Bullhorn Analytics.
