Maintenance Windows
Overview
In addition to our regularly scheduled maintenance, Bullhorn may be required to schedule maintenance windows during one weekend per calendar quarter.
During these maintenance windows, the application will be unavailable to all users. We suggest notifying your users of these maintenance windows to avoid confusion.
Bullhorn has a public website, status.bullhorn.com, that provides you with information on maintenance windows for all of Bullhorn's applications.
From this site, you can also subscribe to updates to receive status information via email or SMS.

What will be the impact of this maintenance?
The Bullhorn application will be completely offline for all ATS and CRM users for the duration of this maintenance.
Will this have any impact on my data?
No. This maintenance will have no impact on your data.
Will this affect my API integrations?
Yes. Bullhorn’s APIs will be completely offline, so API calls to Bullhorn will return an error message during the maintenance.
Are my Marketplace integrations going to be impacted?
Yes. Marketplace integrations will be offline for the duration of the maintenance. We have notified our Marketplace partners directly regarding this.
My company uses other Bullhorn applications. Are those going to be affected too?
Yes. Bullhorn Back Office, , , VMS Access, and Canvas (including SalesDuel) will not be able to talk to the Bullhorn ATS/CRM during this maintenance.
Will candidates be able to apply to jobs during the maintenance?
No. Candidates will not be able to upload resumes or apply to jobs during the maintenance.
