If you are a support contact, you can create a case in Bullhorn Hub. To learn how to create a case, see Submitting a Ticket or Case to Bullhorn Support. Support will contact you once they have received the case.
You can also access a Support Chat in the bottom right of the Bullhorn Hub. If all available analysts are chatting with other customers the Chat with Support option is unavailable.
Chat is available Monday - Friday 3:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST.
If you have access to Sophia, our AI-powered support assistant, try asking her your question first. Sophia can instantly provide answers, troubleshooting guidance, and help you resolve issues without waiting in line. If you don't have access to Sophia in ATS of the Hub or need additional support, you can use live chat or create a support case.
