Language Competencies Pack

The Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud core package captures candidate A person looking for a job. The Competencies Pack allows you to add information about language proficiency level. This allows recruiters to refine their search and identify the candidates A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. with the required level of language proficiency.

The Competencies Pack enables the following functionality:

• Ability to capture language and proficiency level on the contact record through resume parsing and manual updates
• Ability to sync this data with Textkernel, so it can be used in Search and Match

Prerequisites

• Org must be on Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud package release 2020.01.3 (version 4.6) or higher
• Org is using a Textkernel iFrame integration for Search and Match
