How Language Competencies Works
When a resume is parsed that contains data about language or language level, a language record is created under the Competencies on the candidate
A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider.’s contact record. This record captures the language name and the proficiency level declared by the candidate. If the level is not available, the Level field will remain blank.
You can also manually create this record by clicking on the New button in the Competencies .
