Dependent Picklist Fields Now Supported In the Reject / Un-Reject Modal

The Reject and Un-Reject modal in ATSv2 now supports dependent picklist fields. When you select a value in a controlling field, the dependent field automatically updates to display only the valid options for that selection. This applies when rejecting or un-rejecting a single application (UI mode).

 

ATS Sub-Status Color Now Updates for Applications Converted from Job Board Applications

We resolved an issue where the ATS sub-status color scheme did not update for Application records that were automatically converted from Job Board Applications (JBAs) submitted via client job boards.

Previously, sub-status records could not be created on these converted applications due to a permission limitation affecting the automated conversion process, meaning the stage color in the ATS did not reflect the correct sub-status. Sub-status records are now created successfully on JBA-converted applications, and the ATS color scheme updates as expected.
