November 2025 Release Notes (2025.11.9)
The following information provides you with an overview of the features and enhancements included in this release.
For each new Feature or Enhancement, there is an explanation of its key use case and the problem it has been built to solve. Also identified for each item is the level of configuration required to implement it. The configuration levels are:

None: The feature will be available on upgrade with no configuration.

Low: These features require small configuration changes and can be done by a Salesforce Administrator.

Medium: These features require more advanced configuration and are recommended to be set up by an advanced Salesforce Administrator, a Professional Services team member or SI Partner.

High: These features will require advanced configuration or custom code to implement, so we would recommend a Professional Services team member or SI Partner to set this up.
To all internal associates looking after customer upgrades, please be aware that there will be a mandatory step when upgrading any Org to the November release. You will need to install package version 9.21.2 before installing any November version.
This needs to be done:
