Upon logging in, users are also assigned access rolesClosed A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement.. If a document is indexed with an access role that matches a user’s active access roles then the user is allowed to see and interact with the document.

Lightweight Record Update

The Textkernel Search + Match integration allows a lightweight update option to directly update select indexed fields rather than needing candidates to be re-parsed and re-normalized for semantic search every time their data is changed. This option is faster and less resource intensive than a full update.

Language Support

Textkernel Search + Match is available in English and German out of the box. Translation for other languages can be requested. Textkernel also supports multi-language configuration for semantic search. Regardless of the main language, users can request that search terms, synonyms and auto-suggestions are available for different languages. This does require additional customization.
