USAM ATS Custom Actions

Customizations

There are may USAM ATS Custom Action When used in ATS or Search and Match UI, one of multiple actions available after user has selected a sub-set of Candidates Customizations you can take advantage of to streamline your experience.

ATS Action Configuration Custom Metadata Type

ATS Actions are displayed if the Data Source: Application First stage of Job placement flow (Application> Submittal>Interview>Offer> Placement) or Data Source: Job Board A website where open jobs are advertised Application is selected (Job A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement. ID should be passed).

Customization Options

Available Actions

ATS Actions are configured for each Job Record Type separately, it is the same for USAM.

The following actions from ATS Action Configuration Custom Metadata Type can be displayed on USAM:

• Apply to Other Job
• Mass Placement The stage that occurs after a candidate accepts a job offer and facilitates their information being copied to the back office.
• View interview schedules
• Reject/Unreject
• Internal Interview The third Stage of Job application flow. This is when the recruiter sets up a job interview between Candidate and Client.
• Group Interview
• Email

Only ATS actions from the list above can be displayed on USAM, even if the Component Location All or SAM An abbreviation used in Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud for one of the Search and Match versions Actions are selected.

Additional Configurations

Using ATS Action Configuration MTD, it’s possible to:

• Change the icon

• Specify whether the action should be displayed on USAM or not (Component Location All or SAM Actions should be selected)
  

ATS Job Custom Actions

ATS Job Custom Action can be available on USAM if it’s required by business logic. To enable the action for USAM, the component location must be All or SAM Actions.

Those actions will be displayed only if the Data Source: Application or Data Source: Job Board Application is selected.

Order of Actions

There is no option within the package to set up the order of mass actions. The actions will be displayed depending on the metadata from which they came:

• Default Package Action
  • Add to Long List Name of a Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud custom object. It 'captures' Candidates that look like a good match for a Job, before the actual hiring process begins. It's like a list of potential candidates
• ATS Actions Configuration:
  • Apply to Other Job
  • Mass Placement
  • View interview schedules
  • Reject/Unreject
  • Internal Interview
  • Group Interview
  • Email
• ATS Job Custom Actions
  • The actions will be displayed according to the value from Order Number field
    
• Mass Action Configuration CMT
  • The order of Mass Actions in the dropdown on SAM is controlled by the field Order_Number
    

Default Package Actions

In addition to the actions that are managed by Custom Metadata Type, the Add To Long List action can be displayed. This action is inherited from outdated SAM page and cannot be fully customized. Add to Long List action can be enabled/disabled as well as the label changed. Only the default icon can be used. Once enabled, the action will be displayed at the top of the list and will be available for all the sources.

Enable/Disable an Action

Go to CMT > Search & Match UI Configurations > Search And Match Layout > samMassActions.

Quick Fill

A Quick Fill action uses the ATS_MassPlacement Aura component for mass placement candidates A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. in USAM.

To enable new Quick Fill action, the Generic lookup should be enabled:

1. Go to Search & Match UI Configurations Custom Metadata Type > Search And Match Layout.

2. To block with Quick Fill action, add "newAction","yes".

Labels and Translations

Please find the list of labels that control package actions available on USAM.

To translate custom actions from the Mass Action Setting cmt the API API, or Application Programming Interface, is used by customers to create custom career portals or to take advantage of Data Mirror/DataMart. Bullhorn prefers to use REST API. name of the custom Label should be the same as Mass Action Setting Name (Developer name). If a custom label is not found, Label from the Mass Action Setting record will be displayed.

To translate custom actions from the ATS Job Custom Action, the API name of the custom Label should be specified in the Custom Label Name field.
