Job-Based Find Work

Consultants can now find work for a selected worker from available shift demands/unassigned shifts or unfilled jobs A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement..

This is available via the “Find Work” action through the Lightning Schedule, and as a quick action on the Contact lightning record page.

The consultant identifies the worker, sets matching parameters, chooses a date, and selects the number of days before and after this date in which to look for available, unfilled jobs for which the worker has no closing report. These are analysed, and those that the worker is qualified to undertake are presented.

Optionally, consultants can select one job A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement. from the list of available jobs and choose to:

• Directly assign the worker to the job by creating a closing report
• Invite the worker to the job with a Fastest Finger First job offer
• Invite the worker to the job with a Managed job offer

The details shown for each job are configurable by the admin or implementer using a field set.
