Job-Based Find Workers

Consultants can now find workers for a selected job A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement.. This is available as a Lightning Schedule action, Find Workers for Job, and as a quick action, Find Workers, on the Job lightning record page.

In the Lightning Schedule, this action is available when selecting a single shift or shift demand that is related to a job.

The consultant sets matching parameters to run the Find Workers logic. Workers who are matches, according to the given parameters, are presented. The consultant can then select one or more of these workers to assign to the job.

Closing reports can be created for jobs A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement. that are still pending shift demand generation. However, the worker won't receive shifts from a closing report created using this action until the job is at least on-going for shift demand generation. When there are no shift demands for the job, the user is told that shifts can't be assigned.
