User Scorecard Report

Overview

The User Scorecard report shows rankings for account managers and recruiters based on profits.

Bullhorn Support is able to assist you with navigating the sample reports but are unable to build customizations on the reports for you. You'll need a Business Intelligence specialist who is familiar with writing database queries.

Running the Report

When running the User Scorecard report, you are prompted to select:

  • Period end date (to and from)
  • User Type
  • Burden

Fields

These data points are available to view in the report:

Gross profit amount Billable charge total - payable charge total
Gross profit % (Revenue - Wage)/Revenue
GrossMargin Amount Bill amount - ( pay + burden)
Gross margin % (Bill amount - (pay + burden))/Bill amount
Employee# Candidate count for recruiter or account manager
Customer# Client count for recruiter or account manager
Order# Job order count for recruiter or account manager
Assignment# Placement count for recruiter or account manager

How to Change the Calculations

  1. Bullhorn recommends making a copy of the sample report before editing to retain the original report.
    • If you accidentally delete or overwrite the report, Bullhorn can restore the stock report.
  2. This report is built from the Billable Charge Analysis and Payable Charge Analysis data items, add fields from data groups in those packages.
  3. In the prompt to add at least one Period End Date, select a date then click Insert.
  4. Click OK to continue.
