Failed to Load Invenias Add-In

Overview

If you receive the following error it means Outlook has encountered an error whilst loading the Invenias Add-In and therefore Outlook has disabled it, preventing it from starting again:

Re-Enable Invenias Add-In

To re-enable the Add-In, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Outlook's File tab.
  2. Select Options.
  3. Select Add-ins from the left hand menu
  4. Open the Manage dropdown box (at the bottom), select Disabled Items and click the Go... button.
  5. Select the Invenias add-in "Addin: inveniasaddin (invenias.addin.outlook.dll)" from the list and click Enable.
  6. Now restart Invenias and the Invenias Add-In should load.
