2023.05 Highlights

This release includes a new collapsible tab navigation panel in the Essentials web app for People, Company, Assignment and Programme records. This improvement unlocks more on-screen real estate to view data such as the Assignment > Candidate list. This will hugely benefit users working from laptop size screens and not separate monitors. Your selection of collapsed or expanded is saved when moving between different records.

Elsewhere, we've reduced clicks in Essentials by adding the Off limits banner to the Profile pane, meaning users are able to see if a Person is off Limits and the reason why, without having to open their record. You can also open the full list of off limits policies and edit (with the correct User permission) policies without the need to open the Person record.

The Assignment Dashboard has two improvements in this release. We've added a new section to display all Placed Candidates, and their placement status. Meaning you can quickly open placed candidates from the Assignment front page.

The "Assignment Open for" section has a new logic to calculate the number of days the Assignment has been open for. It now displays a count of days from the Start Milestone to the End Milestone. Previously the counter continued even after the End milestone had been completed. This change applies to the Web app, we will update the Desktop app in a future release.

Other Enhancements

  • API - 'OptionalId' added to the POST /api/v1/dataprotectionconsent model
  • Automations - Categories added to Jobs, Candidates and Contacts data export
    • To support creating workflows using Category values as filters in BH Automations
  • Performance improvements for Abstraction layer AssignmentsView. This view is used by many analytics dashboard datasets, reports and excel add-in queries.
