In this month's release, we've added the ability to view Last Journal Contact into
People grids. At a glance you can see the last time someone was contacted, what it was about, and who it was from, without the need to open the Person record.You can add columns into People display views (e.g. Global People List) to show:
- Last Contact From
- Last Contact Subject
- Last Contact Date/Time
- Last Contact Type (e.g. "Business Development")
Note: This feature excludes any Journal items marked as Confidential.
Also included in this release is a major performance boost in the startup time of the
desktop app. You will be prompted with an on-screen Windows notification to update :This update isn’t required to continue using
, but once applied, the startup time for will be significantly improved.Fixes

Upcoming Security Enhancement
What is changing?
We are making efforts to further enhance the security of the
by Bullhorn platform. We will therefore be implementing a limit on the number of days that a user can be inactive before their account is auto-disabled. This will be set to 90 days.When is this happening?
From 2nd December 2023, all
user accounts inactive for 90 or more days will be auto-disabled.The process will run monthly circa the first weekend of each month.
This change will apply to all accounts including NPE (Non Production Environment) and Production Environments.
What if I still need to access these accounts?
If a disabled user account needs to be re-enabled, any user administrator can re-enable the account via the Admin portal in the
web app.If you have any further questions, please reach out to the
