An issue was resolved where saving changes to an automation before the automation page had fully loaded could silently remove enrollment lists, which caused automations to run without processing any data or to process incorrect data.

Why does it matter?

This fix corrects the behavior when performing common actions such as:

• Modifying automation settings

• Enabling an automation

• Updating a step

• Adding and removing steps

Enrollment lists are now preserved regardless of when a save action is triggered during the page load sequence. This fix ensures that enrollment lists—the foundation of how automations target the right candidates, contacts, and records—remain intact during all save operations, improving automation reliability and preventing silent data processing failures. Users no longer risk disrupting recruiting operations due to lost enrollment lists without any visible warning.
