Job Title Field Now Preserved During ATS User Updates

An issue was resolved where updating a user record in the ATS caused the Job Title field to be sent to Onboarding365 as a null value, wiping any existing data.
Why does it matter?
The Job Title value is now correctly preserved and passed through during user updates. User records maintain their Job Title information when synced between the ATS and Onboarding365.
