ATS Record Previews Now Available in Salesforce Submit to VMS Form

The Salesforce Submit to VMS form now includes an ATS record preview. Users can click the binoculars icon next to Candidate, Company, and Job fields to view a slideout panel displaying select ATS details directly within the form.

Why does it matter?

This feature significantly improves the VMS submission workflow by eliminating the need to navigate away from the form to reference record details. By providing same-page access to essential ATS information, users can reduce context switching between screens, which speeds up the submission process and enhances overall efficiency. This streamlined approach allows users to verify candidate, company, and job information quickly without disrupting their workflow, ultimately saving time and reducing potential errors during VMS submissions.
