An issue was resolved where changing the Credential Password in Shiftrock V2 triggered an unnecessary reauthentication process, which caused the Credential to become disabled and required manual correction by TSE.

Why does it matter?

The authentication method for Shiftrock V2 has been updated to prevent erroneous credential disablement. Sync no longer initiates a reauthentication process when the Shiftrock password is changed. This fix ensures that credentials remain active and operational during password updates, improving workflow efficiency and reducing the need for manual TSE intervention.
