Enrollment Lists Protected from Deletion When Tied to Active Automations

You can no longer delete an enrollment list that is the only source of records for an active automation. When a list serves active automations, deletion is blocked with a clear message identifying the associated automations. If an automation has additional enrollment lists, deletion proceeds, the automation stays active, and it automatically re-evaluates enrollment to remove any records that matched only through the deleted list.

Why Does It Matter?

This protects your automation workflows from accidental data loss. Automation admins can manage lists confidently without risking orphaned automations that keep running with no enrollment source. For automations with multiple enrollment lists, the system keeps enrollment accurate by automatically removing records that no longer match any remaining list criteria, so your candidate and client pools stay in sync with your current list logic.
