Searching and Parsing Candidates into Vincere
Overview
Once your is connected to your Vincere login, you'll be able to search Vincere directly and even parse candidates from the CV databases into Vincere! This article explains how to search and parse into Vincere.
Searching Vincere
Once you've built your search, you'll see a Search Vincere button at the bottom of your build page. To search Vincere, simply click this button!
This will bring together a list of all the candidates that match your search from within your Vincere database. To view a candidate, click View Candidate. This will open the candidate's profile as a pop-out within , displaying the candidate's CV and structured information.
Alternatively, click View in Vincere to be taken directly across to the candidate's profile within your Vincere CRM.
Parsing Candidates from CV Databases
In order to parse candidates from into your Vincere database, you'll need to ensure that your candidate sources are set up correctly in Vincere. See Adding a Source to Vincere for the steps to set these up.
When you're connected to Vincere, you'll see an option to Add to Vincere. This means you can parse a candidate directly from the CV Databases into your Vincere database, saving you a huge amount of time doing it manually!
Once you have added a candidate to Vincere, you have the option to View in Vincere, which will take you through to their profile within your database.
The blue View in Vincere button will show on any candidate that has been added to Vincere, so you can keep track of who has already been added into your database and save credits!
