Manage Notifications
These notifications are for Credential/Position issues and unlinked Company/Skill/Flex Mapping values. Job activity notifications are configured as rules and are independent of this functionality.
You can manage notifications generated from VMS Sync in Admin Tools via the User profile.
Support can also help with updating notification settings.
The top section is for real-time email alerts around VMS or ATS integration issues, such as bad passwords or other system link issues (bad URL, missing client ID etc). These notifications are typically just for VMS Sync admin users.
Additionally, you can customize when you get VMS Sync-generated email notifications for position pull failures from the VMS (e.g. website outage, removed req) and position upload failures to the ATS (e.g. disabled owner name, invalid company/category ID).
