Notification Types

The following are administrative VMS Sync notification types:

• Automated alerts when VMS Sync encounters a problem with the ATS or with personal VMS credentials
  • Sample email:
    
• Daily or hourly reminders (if enabled) of pending Flex Mapping job requisitions
  • The VMS Sync Admin Flex Mappings dashboard shows jobs which are unlinked (pending mapping).
    
  • If you're a VMS Sync Administrator, you should regularly check this dashboard and map new job definitions as needed to ensure jobs can advance in the workflow. You can configure VMS Sync to send either a daily or hourly reminder of pending job counts to End User Administrators.
